About Your Agency

At AAA Washington Insurance Agency, we like to think of ourselves as, “Big enough to serve you, but small enough to know you.” In other words: we have the immense resources of the state’s largest independent personal-lines agency, yet we believe that great insurance coverage begins with an in-depth, one-on-one conversation. Only when we get to know you and what’s important to you are we able to protect you and your family best. Our entire company is here to serve you with this relationship-focused service in mind.

Your Local Agency Team

Our agents consider themselves insurance advisors, and they take this role very seriously. Instead of spitting out quotes, they will work with you to create coverage that is tailored to your unique needs, and explain why it fits you best. They will also be there for you when it comes time to make a claim, advocating for you every step of the way. Plus, each agent in your local AAA Store is exactly that – local. This means they care about your community and give back by volunteering and participating in community events. They also like to have fun outside of work, so don’t be surprised if you see your agent at a sporting event, at the movies or out on a hiking trail.

The Customer Service Team

This team of knowledgeable customer service professionals takes your protection just as seriously as our agent team. They are your go-to resource for quick answers to almost any insurance question; in fact, our goal is that you speak with a live agent within one minute from the start of your call! The Customer Service Team works out of the corporate office in Bellevue, Washington, and can be reached by calling 1-877-222-4678.

The Agency Leadership Team

Our leadership team is here to ensure that our entire organization does the right thing for members like you, every single time. They’re very proud to lead a group of outstanding agents and customer service professionals that you can always expect the best from. We hope that the member-focused mindset they try to instill in all our staff makes a difference in the service you receive, and gives you a little extra peace of mind.

Community Involvement

Giving back to the community where we live, work and play is a core value of AAA Washington. We’d love to know about charity events or causes you feel strongly about – we may be interested in participating or donating. Or, please join us in supporting one of our favorite events or organizations!

Corporate Programs

AAA has also started many of our own corporate programs that give back to the community. Here are some of our proudest achievements:

  • Soap for Hope
Soap for Hope is the annual toiletry donation program that helps our neighbors in need by supplying them with valuable personal hygiene items. We donate these supplies to local charities in each community where we have a store. Since 2008, we have collected more than 1,000,000 items!

  • School Safety Patrol
The AAA School Safety Patrol program keeps students safe when walking to and from school. The program was created in the 1920s, and more than 750 schools in Washington currently participate. Since the program began, child pedestrian injuries and deaths have decreased by more than 90 percent. We support 22,000 school safety patrol students with training, education and equipment.

  • Safe Driving Education
AAA offers education materials and classes for new teen drivers and for older drivers who are interested in honing their skills (learn more at teendriving.aaa.com and seniordriving.aaa.com). We also fund safety research, and support legislature that improves driver safety.

  • Maps for Schools
For decades, AAA Washington has donated expired maps to schools across Washington and northern Idaho. Through the Maps for Schools program, AAA is proud to support teachers as they educate our students about our road systems, state history and geography.
