1. Sponsor: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by AAA Washington (“Sponsor”), located at 3605 132nd Ave SE, Bellevue, WA 98006. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Live Nation, the Gorge Amphitheatre, Dave Matthews Band, Bass Canyon, or any artists, venues, or affiliated entities.
2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or region as defined on www.aaawa.com. This includes the entire state of Washington or residents of Northern Idaho living in the counties of Benewah, Bonner, Boundary, Clearwater, Idaho, Kootenai, Latah, Lewis, Nez Perce, and Shoshone. Residents of all other states and parts of Idaho are not eligible. To ensure the fidelity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor will require the winner to provide proof of residency as described below in item 7, “Winner Notification and Verification,” and may require additional proof of residency at any time.
Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotional partners, and the immediate family members or household members of any such individuals are not eligible to enter or win.
3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on May 21, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
4. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, participants must complete the official entry form on the AAA Washington campaign landing page and provide their name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code. Entrants may optionally provide their AAA membership number. Entrants may also optionally redeem a free Everyday Membership through a separate link, but doing so does not affect eligibility or odds of winning.
Limit one entry per person. Automated entries, duplicate entries, or entries submitted using multiple identities may be disqualified. No mail-in entries are accepted.
5. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a VIP concert experience (“Experience”) at The Gorge Amphitheatre in George, WA on September 4, 5, and 6, 2026, including:
Four (4) P1 tickets for each concert date, for a total of twelve (12) tickets
Four (4) Sunset Lounge access passes for each concert date
One (1) Front Yard Camping package for two (2) nights, September 4 and September 5, 2026
Food and non-alcoholic beverage vouchers valued at $10 per person per day (Redeemable at venue concession locations; No cash value; Subject to venue restrictions)
One (1) $200 gas gift card
One (1) $200 EVO gift card
Selection of concert seat locations is solely within Live Nation’s discretion. Ticket delivery method is at sole discretion of Live Nation which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of concert under the winner’s name. Winner must be present to pick up tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call. Winner and guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must abide by all venue and event policies, to include but not limited to, showing a valid photo ID at venue for age verification and/or identification purposes if requested. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the event. Resale or transfer of any prize element, including tickets, is prohibited. By claiming event tickets, you agree to Live Nation’s Terms of Use, and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event. Should the event be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Total Approximate Retail Value of the prize is: $4600
All prize components are subject to change based on availability and event conditions. The winner is responsible for transportation to and from the accommodations at The Gorge Amphitheatre, meals, and any other personal expenses not explicitly included. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute prize elements of equal or greater value if necessary. If the event is canceled or rescheduled, Sponsor is not responsible for providing any replacement prize or compensation.
6. Winner Selection: One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about August 1, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Verification: The selected winner will be notified within five (5) days of the drawing using the contact information provided at entry. To claim the prize, the selected winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, including signing and returning any required affidavits, liability releases, and publicity releases, and providing a government-issued ID showing name and address within the eligible region. The Sponsor reserves the right to require additional verification of eligibility. If the selected winner does not respond within the required time, fails to provide required documentation, is deemed ineligible, is unable to attend, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to reasonably cooperate with on-site photography or filming while at The Gorge. The winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, image, voice, and any photos or videos taken during the prize experience for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
