1. Eligibility: Offer valid only for United States residents that are 18 years of age or older. Directors, officers, members, managers, and employees of AAA Washington (“Sponsor”), the NFL Entities (as defined below), and any of their respective parent companies, affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising, promotional, public relations, and fulfillment agencies, consultants, legal counsel, website providers, web masters, and immediate family members (spouses, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and “step” child, wherever they may live) of each are not eligible to enter this drawing or win any prize.
   
   
2. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on September 15, 2025 and ends on September 25, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Giveaway Period”).
   
   
3. How to Enter: During the Giveaway Period, entrants must:
   
   a. Follow @AAAWashington and @Seahawks on Instagram. Entrants must follow (or already be following) the @AAAWashington and @Seahawks accounts on Instagram by September 25, 2025 and continue following those accounts through at least October 2, 2025. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Subsequent entries submitted by the same individual will not be valid.
   
   b. Tag at least one person you would bring to the game in the comments on the official giveaway post. Each unique comment counts as one (1) entry.
   
   
4. Winner Selection & Notification: Winners will be randomly selected through a number generator and notified via their Instagram direct message inbox. Winner will be chosen and notified on or about October 2, 2025, and must respond in accordance with directions to be provided in the message, or a different winner will be chosen. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries. Winners do not need to be present to win.
   
   
5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a prize package consisting of:
   
   a. Three (3) club-level admission tickets to the Seattle Seahawks home game against the Buccaneers on October 5th (ARV: $1,308);
   
   b. Three (3) pregame field passes to the game (ARV: $3000); and
   
   c. A meet-and-greet experience with Sir Mix-a-Lot (ARV: $1000).
   
   Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,308. Prize is non-transferable. Cash may not be awarded instead of tickets or merchandise. Winners are not responsible for sales taxes on AAA Washington’s purchase of the prize. The winner’s name, image, and social media username may be utilized in AAA Washington social media and other publicity materials, including photographs and video taken of the winner and guest(s).
   
   
6. General Conditions: The National Football League, its member professional football clubs (including Football Northwest LLC d/b/a Seattle Seahawks), NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties, LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or the award of any prize(s).
